It is a newly established business built on professional experience in project management, organisation, team coordination and process improvement. We now bring that experience to every renovation with one simple aim: to help the owner make informed decisions and know what is happening throughout the project.

A NAME TIED TO TRANSFORMATION
BLAI takes its name from Pere Blai, a Renaissance architect and master builder of Tarragona Cathedral from 1584.
His career was linked to major interventions in the Cathedral, transforming and adapting existing spaces to the new needs of his time.
That idea of transformation connects with how we understand a renovation: start from an existing space, understand its possibilities and coordinate its transformation to give it new life.
Centuries later, BLAI reclaims his name as a reference to architecture, to the transformation of spaces and to our connection with Tarragona.
To renovate is also to transform.
